Returns & Exchanges

* Returns or exchanges must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your order.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
* Return and exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
* Orders placed separately cannot be combined into one return or exchange request.
* Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Process

Once your return or exchange request is approved:

1. Our courier will collect the item.
2. The item will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy.
3. If approved, your exchange or refund will be processed.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the entire return or exchange process.
